Popping Up: Aperol Bar in Toronto

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love a good Aperol Spritz – no matter what the New York Times says – so when I saw the much-loved Italian aperitivo brand popping up in my ‘hood, you know I had to go and check it out.

If you want to live la dolce vita and feel like you’ve been transported to a private Mediterranean oasis, then Bar Aperol is your spot for the month of July.

The space is very well-branded from the moment you approach the building, you know it’s all Aperol. If it’s not orange, it’s branded with the Aperol logo – from the Piaggio Ape parked outside to the umbrellas which cover the patio to the sneakers the servers wear.

Lovers of the Aperol Spritz can enjoy $9 cocktails alongside charcuterie curated by Canada’s only Cheese Master, Afrim Pristine of Cheese Boutique and espresso provided by Lavazza. The food is great and is served with ease, making it a nice, relaxing way to end your week.

This is your last week to pop by! You won’t regret it.
