#NegroniWeek brings charities and restaurants together from June 2 – 8th

I love a good classic cocktail, so lucky for me Toronto is celebrating the drink which gets better with each sip. From June 2nd till June 8th, it’s Negroni Week where bars and restaurants around the world; including London, Berlin, New York, Paris, Melbourne, Beijing, LA, and, of course, our fair Toronto will be donating $1 from the sale of each Negroni to the charity of their choice. The resto that raises the most will earn an additional $10,000 to their chosen cause. What’s not to love about this?

As a big lover of canines, the places to visit for me this week in Toronto are La Carnita (one of my top five restaurants in Toronto), The Harbord Room and THR&Co. who are all donating funds raised to Paws for the Cause which will directly benefit  the Pet Trust Fund at the University of Guelph and the Paws for the Cause annual Chloe Award Scholarship for a veterinary student. Yay to puppy lovers everywhere!
