Hillberg & Berk is looking for a high-energy, dynamite woman who loves to sell! This is a two-month term that has the potential to extend into a part-time or full-time position with Hillberg & Berk in the future. This position will be responsible for the management of the Hillberg & Berk’s sub-brand Memento Mori at all 35 Lilith summer concert tour dates.
Duties will including sales, inventory management, booth set-up and tear down, travel from venue to venue with other Lilith Village participants. Rain or shine the show goes on so we need a girl whose personality is larger than life and whose enthusiasm and hard work are two elements that make her stand apart from the crowd. This job will include a one-week training in Regina and then continuous travel to all 35 tour dates across North America followed by a one-week wrap up again in Regina. The ideal candidate would like to pursue a career in fashion, sales and with Hillberg & Berk.

Reporting directly to the Lilith Tour Manager of Hillberg & Berk the Summer Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Jewellery sales: Meeting the sales goals of each concert tour date, collecting money, making deposits, managing spreadsheets with sales data.
- Inventory Control: You will be responsible to manage and keep track of inventory for the summer tour and report the inventory levels to tour manager at head office.
- Booth Management: You will be responsible to set up and tear down the booth each day and load on the Lilith trailers. You will be responsible to make sure the booth staying in good condition throughout the tour and manage any logistical issues with the booth.
- Hours: Full-time starting June 21st – August 20th (Approximately)

Lilith Fair is a concert tour and traveling music festival, founded by Canadian musician Sarah McLachlan, Nettwerk Music Group’s Dan Fraser and Terry McBride, and New York talent agent Marty Diamond, which took place during the summers of 1997 to 1999. It consisted solely of female solo artists and female-led bands. In its 3 years, Lilith Fair raised over $10M for women’s charities throughout North America.
