Bijouxbead Embraces Valentine’s at Magnolia

Magnet Creative Management‘s first event: Embrace Valentine Cocktail took place on Thursday, February 11, 2010 from 7pm till 10pm at Magnolia, 333 Eglinton Avenue West. The special Valentine’s event featured the wearable art of Bijouxbead by designer Darlene Martin who was there in person to greet guests.

The store was packed with a fashionable crowd sipping pink sparkling wine and enjoying cupcakes from Phipps, including Wanda Samcoe of Platinum Sales Agency, I Want I Got‘s Anita Clarke, fashion designer Jamil Juma of Juma, Final Fashion‘s Danielle Meder, fashion designer Carrie Hayes, and executive director of the Toronto Fashion Incubator, Susan Langdon.

A draw was held at 9:30pm for the “Embrace” necklace created specifically for the event and valued at $330. The winner Dyan Perry of Vie Magazine was awarded the prize.
